Emergencies

If you have a problem during surgery hours, please contact the practice as early as possible on 0191 272 8800. In case of an emergency out of hours, please call 07883 011686 where you can access the message on our answer phone system giving you the number to call. If treatment is necessary we will do our best to carry it out on the same day.

NHS 111 Service
NHS 111 is a new service that’s being introduced to make it easier for you to access local NHS healthcare services in England. You can call 111 when you need medical help fast but it’s not a 999 emergency. NHS 111 is a fast and easy way to get the right help, whatever the time.

NHS 111 is available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

Complaints

At Osborne Orthodontics our aim is to provide you with the highest possible standard of service. If you're unhappy with any aspect of our service then we encourage you to register your complaint with the Dental Complaints Service who will help you settle the matter with us.
